Clay Nelson received his Ph.D. in Theoretical and Applied Mechanics from the Un of Illinois, taught in the Mechanical Engineering Dept’s of Un of Portland and Texas A&M, and conducted theoretical analysis for NASA before retiring and opening a dance studio in Portland. Eventually he drifted into tango and now organizes two major tango festivals: ValenTago in Portland OR and BurningTango in McCloud, CA.
In the year 2000 he happened upon the book The Intelligent Asset Allocator by William Bernstein, Ph.D., M.D., which totally changed his investment philosophy. Following this book’s advice, he has grown his very modest retirement sum into comfortable living style.
Clay has since delved deeper into the topic of smart investing and would like to share his knowledge with you. He’s available to give a brief presentation to your group at no charge. To arrange, click on Contact in the menu above.
